Can you print our brand colours exactly?
A design in one or two flat colours is screen printed. Full-colour artwork is printed with digital DTF printing, which handles gradients and fine lines.
DTF is printed in CMYK, so exact Pantone shades cannot be matched, and metallic or neon effects are not possible. See full-colour printing on cotton tote bags.
Can we use the bags in onboarding kits?
Yes. Many teams put a laptop, a notebook and a few items with the logo into a printed bag for each new person. A bag of 38 × 42 cm holds A4 documents flat.
Can the bags go to several offices?
One online order is delivered to one address. If the bags need to go to several offices, place one order for each address.
The minimum of 25 pieces per design applies to each order.
Can you deliver to the event venue?
Yes. We can usually deliver directly to a company address, event venue, office or hotel. Enter it as the delivery address and add the name and phone number of the person who will receive the parcel.
Big event venues work with fixed delivery slots for stands, so check the organiser's rules first.
Our agency orders for the fintech brand. Does that work?
Yes. Agencies order the same way and forward the digital proof to their client for approval. If the bags should reach your client without our name on the parcel, ask for blind shipping. It is free.

What's the minimum order?
From 25 pieces per design on selected products — easy for small brands, shops and events, with no need to commit to huge quantities.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided printing is available on many bags — the same logo both sides or a different design front and back.
How long does production take?
Usually around 10–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and product. Tight deadline? Contact us first.
Is VAT included and can I get an invoice?
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is handled at checkout based on your country and business status. Businesses receive an invoice.
Do you sell blank bags without print?
No — we only supply bags with your custom print. Every bag is produced to order with your design, so we do not stock or sell unprinted blanks. If you need blank bags, a promotional-textile wholesaler is the better fit.
Do you offer blind shipping?
Yes — we can ship blind at no extra cost. Your order arrives in neutral packaging with no Prints & Bags branding, and no invoice or pricing documents are included in the parcel. Just tell us when you place the order and we will handle it.
