What's the minimum order?

Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided printing is available on many bags — the same logo both sides or a different design front and back.
How long does production take?
Usually around 10–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and product. Tight deadline? Contact us first.
Is VAT included and can I get an invoice?
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is handled at checkout based on your country and business status. Businesses receive an invoice.

If your company is based in the United States but the bags need to arrive in Europe, you are in the right place. What matters to us is where the order is delivered, not where you are. Your billing address can be in the US while the delivery address is a European office, conference venue, trade fair stand, store or warehouse. We have shipped orders this way to Germany, Spain and Italy, and we deliver to all 27 EU countries.
Why US companies order from a European printer. Producing in Europe for a European delivery address removes the two things that usually go wrong with transatlantic merch: customs delays on a fixed event date, and freight costs that quietly overtake the cost of the bags themselves. Printing close to the destination means shorter, more predictable delivery and no import paperwork waiting at the other end.
How it works. Choose your bag, quantity and print colours on the product page, upload your logo and order online — no quote required, no waiting for a reply. Prices are shown in euros and exclude VAT. Minimum order is 25 pieces per design, and standard delivery within the EU is included on many orders.
Order in good time and we take care of the rest. After you order, we check your artwork and send a digital proof. Once you approve it, production and delivery normally take around 10–15 working days. For a fixed date — a conference, a store opening, a trade fair — count backwards from the day the bags need to be in the room and give yourself room to approve the proof. If your deadline is tight, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Common use cases. US companies typically order through us for a European office move or onboarding kit, a conference or trade fair stand in Germany or Spain, a retail or gallery pop-up in Italy, a campus or study-abroad programme, or a marketing campaign run by a US agency for a European client.
Delivering outside the EU. We also deliver to Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and the United Kingdom, with a shipping fee based on the address, order size and parcel weight. Local import VAT and duties may apply on those destinations. Send us the delivery country and postcode and we will confirm the cost before you order.
