What does blind shipping include?
Your order is produced and dispatched in neutral packaging.
There is no Prints & Bags branding on the parcel, and no invoice, price list or pricing document inside it. The bags themselves carry only your client's print.
How much does blind shipping cost?
Nothing. Blind shipping is free on request.
Tell us when you place the order and we handle it. There is no surcharge, no separate service to buy, and no minimum above our standard 25 pieces per design.
How do I order bags for a client?
Choose the bag, quantity and colour on the product page, upload your client's artwork, and check out online.
You receive a digital proof before anything is printed, so you can forward it to your client for approval. Prices are shown excluding VAT and you get an invoice for your business.
Delivery goes anywhere in the EU - including straight to your client's address.
What is the minimum order for a client campaign?
25 pieces per design on selected products.
That low minimum is what makes small client campaigns workable. You can run a 25-piece job for one client and a 500-piece job for another in the same week, at per-piece pricing you can mark up.
What is not included in blind shipping?
We ship neutral, but two things are outside what we offer.
We do not put your company name on the shipping label as sender, and we do not insert your own delivery notes, business cards or printed material into the parcel. If your client needs to see your name on the box, tell us before you order so we can be clear about what is possible.

What's the minimum order?
From 25 pieces per design on selected products — easy for small brands, shops and events, with no need to commit to huge quantities.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided printing is available on many bags — the same logo both sides or a different design front and back.
How long does production take?
Usually around 10–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and product. Tight deadline? Contact us first.
Is VAT included and can I get an invoice?
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is handled at checkout based on your country and business status. Businesses receive an invoice.
Do you sell blank bags without print?
No — we only supply bags with your custom print. Every bag is produced to order with your design, so we do not stock or sell unprinted blanks. If you need blank bags, a promotional-textile wholesaler is the better fit.
Do you offer blind shipping?
Yes — we can ship blind at no extra cost. Your order arrives in neutral packaging with no Prints & Bags branding, and no invoice or pricing documents are included in the parcel. Just tell us when you place the order and we will handle it.

Can you ship directly to my client's address?
Yes. The delivery address does not have to be yours. We deliver anywhere in the EU, including to your client's office, warehouse or event venue, and free EU delivery is included.
Will my client see what I paid?
No. No invoice, price list or pricing document goes into the parcel. Your invoice is sent to you separately, so your client never sees your cost.
Do you put my company name on the shipping label as sender?
No. We ship in neutral packaging without Prints & Bags branding, but we do not print your company name as sender and we do not insert your own delivery notes or business cards. Tell us before ordering if your client needs to see your name on the parcel.
