Payment Information

At Prints & Bags, we want business customers, organisations, shops, schools, events and brands to be able to pay for custom printed bags in a simple and secure way.

All online payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. The payment methods shown at checkout may vary depending on your country, device, browser, currency and the payment options available in your market.

Accepted payment methods

You can usually pay by card or by one of the available accelerated checkout methods shown at checkout.

Apple Pay and Google Pay are only shown when they are available for your device, browser and payment setup.

Local payment methods

Depending on your country and eligibility, Shopify may also show local payment methods at checkout, such as:

  • Bancontact for customers in Belgium
  • BLIK for customers in Poland
  • Klarna where available
  • MobilePay where available

Some local payment methods may only appear for customers in specific countries or markets. If a payment method is not shown at checkout, it is currently not available for that order.

Payment before production

Because our products are custom printed and made to order, production begins after:

  • your order has been placed,
  • payment has been received,
  • your artwork has been checked, and
  • the print proof has been approved where applicable.

This helps us make sure that your bags are printed correctly before production starts.

VAT and invoices

Prices at checkout may include or exclude VAT depending on your location, customer type and the tax rules that apply to your order.

If you are ordering as a business, please enter your correct company details and VAT number where applicable. Your order confirmation and invoice will show the relevant payment and tax information for your purchase.

Bank transfer or invoice payment

For larger B2B orders, invoice payment or bank transfer may be possible by agreement before production. Please contact us before placing the order if your organisation requires this.

Payments are handled through Shopify’s secure checkout. Prints & Bags does not store your full card details.
