Ordering custom printed tote bags

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity starts from 25 bags per design for selected products.

This makes it easier for small brands, events, shops, bookshops and cafés to order professional custom printed tote bags without needing to commit to very large quantities.

For larger orders, you can choose higher quantities directly on the product page or contact us for a custom quote.

Can I order tote bags with my own logo or design?

Yes. You can order cotton tote bags printed with your own logo, artwork, illustration, text or campaign design. You can upload your file on the product page when placing your order.

If you are not sure whether your file is suitable for printing, you can still send it to us. We check the file before production and let you know if anything needs to be adjusted.

Can I order tote bags for an event or campaign?

Yes. Our bags are often used for conferences, trade fairs, university events, book launches, retail campaigns, museum shops, gallery events, welcome gifts and branded merchandise.

For event orders, we recommend ordering early enough to allow time for file check, digital proof approval, production and delivery.

Do you offer custom quotes for larger orders?

Yes. If you need a larger quantity, several designs, special bag sizes, multiple print colours or delivery to a specific event location, you can contact us for a quote.

Please include the bag type, quantity, print design, number of print colours, deadline and delivery country. This helps us give you a more accurate price.

Artwork and print files

What file format should I upload?

The best file formats for print are vector files, such as AI, EPS or PDF. These formats allow the design to stay sharp and clean when printed.

A high-resolution PNG can also work for simple designs, especially if the file is large enough and has good quality. For best results, the artwork should normally be at least 300 DPI.

What happens if my file is not ready for print?

We check your file before production. If the file is not suitable, we will let you know what needs to be changed.

In many cases, simple logos or designs can be adjusted or converted into a better print-ready format. We will not send your order to production without checking the artwork first.

Do I receive a proof before production?

Yes. You receive a digital proof or visual confirmation before production starts. This allows you to check the placement, size and general look of the print before the bags are printed.

Production starts only after the proof has been approved.

Can you help me decide the best print colour?

Yes. Some colour combinations work better than others. For example, a very light print on a natural cotton bag can look subtle, while darker colours usually create stronger contrast.

If we notice that your chosen print colour may not be visible enough, we will let you know before production.

Which tote bag should I choose?

It depends on how the bags will be used.

A 180 g/m² or 220 g/m² cotton bag feels more premium and is often better for retail, bookshops, cafés, universities, museums and lifestyle brands. Do you offer tote bags with gussets?

Yes. Selected tote bags are available with side and bottom gussets. The additional fabric gives the bag more depth and makes it easier to carry wider or bulkier items, such as books, packaged products, groceries, clothing, conference materials or gifts.

Gusseted tote bags are a practical choice for retail shops, events, museums, universities and brands that want a more spacious reusable bag.

Are the bags suitable for shops and retail use?

Yes. Cotton tote bags with print are a popular choice for retail shops, bookstores, cafés, museums, galleries and lifestyle brands. They can work both as packaging and as branded merchandise that customers reuse after purchase.

Can I choose different bag colours?

Selected products are available in different colours. Availability depends on the specific bag model, quantity and production partner.

If you need a specific colour for a brand campaign or event, contact us before placing a larger order.

Can I print on both sides of the bag?

Yes. Double-sided printing is available as a custom option for many of our tote bags. You can use the same logo on both sides or send a different design for the front and back.

Printing on both sides usually affects the price because it requires additional print work. Send us the bag style, quantity, artwork and delivery country, and we will prepare a tailored quote.

Do you offer custom, highly personalized solutions?

Yes. In addition to our standard printed tote bags, we can help with more personalized projects when you need a specific size, fabric weight, colour, shape, print placement or finishing detail.

Custom options may include printing on both sides, multiple designs, special colours, heavier fabrics, gussets, different handle lengths, custom-made bags and other tailored details depending on the project.

Pricing and VAT

Are prices shown online?

Yes. Many standard products have clear online pricing, so you can choose the quantity and print option directly on the product page.

For more complex orders, such as large quantities, special bag models, several print colours or unusual delivery requirements, we can prepare a custom quote.

Is VAT included?

VAT handling depends on your country, business status and VAT number.

For EU business customers with a valid VAT number, VAT may be handled differently than for private customers or businesses without a valid VAT number. If VAT applies, it will be shown during the order process.

Can I get an invoice?

Yes. Business customers can receive an invoice for documentation. For orders placed online, payment is normally made before production begins.

When do I need to pay?

Payment is required before production starts. For custom printed products, we need the payment, approved file and confirmed proof before the order can move into production.

Production and delivery

How long does production take?

Standard production and delivery usually takes around 10–15 business days after artwork approval and proof confirmation.

The exact timeline depends on the product, quantity, print method, production capacity and delivery country. For event orders, please contact us early so we can check whether your deadline is realistic.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the EU. Standard shipping within the EU is included in the product price for many orders unless otherwise stated.

We can also deliver to non-EU countries in Europe, including Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and the United Kingdom. For these destinations, an additional shipping fee is added based on the delivery address, order size and parcel weight.

Please note that local import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU. These charges are not included in our standard prices and are paid by the customer where applicable.

Do you offer free EU delivery?

Yes, standard EU delivery is included for many orders. If your order requires special delivery, express shipping or delivery to a difficult location, we will confirm the shipping conditions before production.

Can you deliver directly to an event location?

In many cases, yes. We can usually deliver directly to a company address, event venue, office, hotel or other agreed delivery address.

Please make sure the delivery address is complete and that someone can receive the shipment.

Can I order if I have a strict deadline?

Yes, but please contact us before placing the order. We need to check production time, proof approval time and delivery possibilities before confirming whether the deadline is realistic.

For urgent orders, the artwork should be ready, clear and easy to approve.

Are the bags made from cotton?

After you place an order, we review the details, check your artwork file and prepare a proof or visual confirmation. Once the proof is approved and payment is confirmed, the order moves into production.

After production, the bags are shipped to the agreed delivery address.
