Delivery and deadlines

Event orders often have fixed deadlines. Please mention your event date when ordering or requesting a quote, so we can check which production and delivery options are realistic.

We offer free shipping within the EU. VAT is calculated at checkout. For EU business customers with a valid VAT number, VAT may be reversed at checkout according to applicable VAT rules.

Minimum order quantity

The minimum order is 25 pieces per design. For events and conferences, larger quantities usually give a better price per bag.
