Do you deliver to the wedding or event venue directly, or only to our office?

We deliver across the EU to a single address you provide, whether that is your studio, the couple's home, or the venue itself. Tell us the delivery address and date when you request your quote.

Do we see a sample before the full order goes into production?

You approve a digital proof of your design on the actual bag and colour before anything is produced. That is what keeps the roughly two-week timeline and keeps the cost per bag down.

Can we order a mix of tote bags and drawstring pouches together?

Yes. Pairing a tote bag for the main welcome gift with a small drawstring pouch for a favor is one of the most common combinations we produce.

What does the price include?

The bag, your print or embroidery, and delivery within the EU. Prices are ex-VAT and paid upfront once you confirm your order; there is no separate setup fee added at checkout.
