Gusseted vs flat: which holds its shape
A flat tote lies flat until something is put inside it. A gusseted bag — side and bottom panels sewn in — holds its shape on a shelf, a welcome cart or a spa reception counter, and carries more without stretching out of shape. If the bag will be displayed before it's used, gusseted construction is worth the small extra cost.
Jute-base totes: a different texture
Jute-base canvas totes (407 g/m²) pair a natural jute panel with cotton canvas — a rougher, more textured look than plain cotton, without losing the structure a gusseted build gives. It reads well for spa, wellness and farm-to-table positioning specifically, and prints cleanly for a logo or single-colour mark.
Delivering to the venue, not your office
The delivery address doesn't have to match the billing address. Tell us the property's address and a receiving contact — reception, housekeeping, events office, whoever signs for deliveries — and we ship straight there. Ordering from outside the EU
We print and ship from the EU. Delivery within the EU is free and included as standard. If the venue or your own business is outside the EU, shipping is quoted separately and lead times run longer — tell us the destination and your date as early as possible so we can confirm both before you commit.

What's the minimum order?
From 25 pieces per design on selected products — easy for small brands, shops and events, with no need to commit to huge quantities.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided printing is available on many bags — the same logo both sides or a different design front and back.
How long does production take?
Usually around 10–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and product. Tight deadline? Contact us first.
Is VAT included and can I get an invoice?
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is handled at checkout based on your country and business status. Businesses receive an invoice.
Do you sell blank bags without print?
No — we only supply bags with your custom print. Every bag is produced to order with your design, so we do not stock or sell unprinted blanks. If you need blank bags, a promotional-textile wholesaler is the better fit.
Do you offer blind shipping?
Yes — we can ship blind at no extra cost. Your order arrives in neutral packaging with no Prints & Bags branding, and no invoice or pricing documents are included in the parcel. Just tell us when you place the order and we will handle it.
Can you ship our order directly to a hotel or venue instead of our own address?
Yes — the delivery address doesn't need to match your billing address. Tell us the property's address and a receiving contact when you order, and we'll ship straight there.
Do you deliver outside the EU?
We print and ship from the EU. Delivery within the EU is free and standard. Outside the EU, shipping is quoted separately, lead times are longer, and import duties or customs are the recipient's responsibility — get in touch with the destination and your date before ordering so we can confirm timing.

We're a business outside the EU — how does VAT work?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing details and destination; EU business buyers with a valid VAT number qualify for reverse charge, and non-EU orders are handled under standard export rules. Contact us if you'd like this confirmed before you order.
