Can you print an artist's artwork or a full-colour design?
Yes. Full-colour artwork is printed with digital DTF printing, which handles gradients, fine lines and photographic detail.
DTF is printed in CMYK, so exact Pantone shades cannot be matched, and metallic or neon effects are not possible. A design in one or two flat colours can be screen printed instead. See full-colour printing on cotton tote bags.
Can we add embroidery or other special details?
Embroidery is possible from 50 pieces, and we quote it once we have seen the design and its size. See our embroidery for business bags.
Fully custom bags, for example in a special colour or with your own labels, take at least 4 to 6 weeks, so plan them well before the expo.
When should we order for ICE or SiGMA?
Production and delivery: Typically 10–15 working days from artwork approval, or adjusted to your desired delivery date.
For ICE Barcelona, which runs from 18 to 20 January 2027 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, approve your artwork before mid-December, because the Christmas holidays slow down production and delivery. Write the expo date in the cart when you order.
Can you deliver to the expo venue or our hotel?
Yes. We can usually deliver directly to an event venue, hotel or office anywhere in the EU. Enter it as the delivery address and add the name and phone number of the person who will receive the parcel.
Big expo venues work with fixed delivery slots for stands, so check the organiser's rules first.
Are there rules for gambling brands on merchandise?
Rules for gambling advertising differ from country to country. Check with your compliance team that the design fits the rules in the country where the bags will be handed out.

What's the minimum order?
From 25 pieces per design on selected products — easy for small brands, shops and events, with no need to commit to huge quantities.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided printing is available on many bags — the same logo both sides or a different design front and back.
How long does production take?
Usually around 10–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and product. Tight deadline? Contact us first.
Is VAT included and can I get an invoice?
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is handled at checkout based on your country and business status. Businesses receive an invoice.
Do you sell blank bags without print?
No — we only supply bags with your custom print. Every bag is produced to order with your design, so we do not stock or sell unprinted blanks. If you need blank bags, a promotional-textile wholesaler is the better fit.
Do you offer blind shipping?
Yes — we can ship blind at no extra cost. Your order arrives in neutral packaging with no Prints & Bags branding, and no invoice or pricing documents are included in the parcel. Just tell us when you place the order and we will handle it.
