Choose your bag, choose a logo size (Small, Medium or Large, based on stitch count), and upload your artwork. The digitising fee is already built into the price at every quantity, so the price you see is the price you pay, with no separate setup charge added at checkout.

Embroidery suits clean, simple logos in solid shapes best. If your design has fine detail, gradients or photographic elements, our printed range is usually the better fit, and printed and embroidered bags are not combined on the same product.

Every order gets a digital proof before production, and the 25-piece minimum order applies across the range, the same as our printed bags.

Need Your Design on Both Sides of the Bag?

Many of our cotton tote bags can be printed on both the front and back. Use the same logo on both sides or add a second message, illustration or campaign design.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the EU. Standard shipping within the EU is included in the product price unless otherwise stated. Express shipping for rush orders may be charged separately.

We can also deliver to non-EU countries in Europe, including Norway, Switzerland, Iceland and the United Kingdom. For these destinations, an additional shipping fee is added based on the delivery address, order size and parcel weight.

Please note that local import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU. These charges are not included in our standard prices and are paid by the customer where applicable.

How long are the production and shipping times?

Custom orders depend on quantity and design complexity, you will receive your order typically within 10–15 days.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. Custom orders start at low minimums with tiered pricing. Contact us for a quote tailored to your needs.

Do you offer custom, highly personalized solutions?

Yes. In addition to our standard printed tote bags, we can help with more personalized projects when you need a specific size, fabric weight, colour, shape, print placement or finishing detail.

Custom options may include printing on both sides, multiple designs, special colours, heavier fabrics, gussets, different handle lengths, custom-made bags and other tailored details depending on the project.

Do you sell blank bags without print?

No — we only supply bags with your custom print.

Every bag is produced to order with your design, so we do not stock or sell unprinted blanks.

If you need blank bags, a promotional-textile wholesaler is the better fit.

Do you offer blind shipping?

Yes — we can ship blind at no extra cost.

Your order arrives in neutral packaging with no Prints & Bags branding, and no invoice or pricing documents are included in the parcel.

Just tell us when you place the order and we will handle it.
