Friday is the last comfortable order date for a November event

Nothing new launched on the site this week, so this issue is about the calendar instead. 

Friday 9 October is the last comfortable order date for an event in November. Production takes 10 to 15 working days after you approve your digital proof, plus delivery.

Approve a proof on Friday 9 October and 15 working days of production finishes on Friday 30 October, before delivery is added.

Ordering later is often still possible. It just gets tighter, and October and November are our busiest weeks of the year.

The clock starts at the proof, not at the order

This is the part most buyers get wrong, and it is the part you control.

The 10 to 15 working days do not start when you pay. They start when you approve the digital proof we send you. Every day between those two points is a day added to your delivery date.

Two things close that gap:

Have the artwork ready before you order. A vector file of your logo, with the print colours already decided. If the file needs chasing internally after you have paid, the order sits still.

Approve the proof the day it arrives. A proof waiting three days in an inbox for a colleague to look at costs you three days of your lead time, not ours.

We check your artwork before printing and fix the usual problems at no extra cost. What we cannot do is start the clock for you.

Already later than Friday?

Tell us the date before you order, not after. Email the event date, roughly how many bags and which bag you have in mind, and we will tell you honestly whether it can be made in time.

That is a better outcome than placing an order that cannot land on the day you need it.

How ordering works

The price per bag is shown on every product page. Choose your quantity and the number of print colours and the price updates, so you do not need to request a quote first. Orders start from 25 pieces per design and all prices exclude VAT.

Delivery across the EU is included in the price. You approve a digital proof before we print, so you see exactly where your logo sits.
