Refund and Returns Policy for Prints & Bags
This policy applies to orders placed with Prints & Bags. Different conditions apply to business customers and private consumers.
For B2B wholesale orders, our tote bags and other printed products are prepared or produced specifically for each confirmed order.
Because wholesale orders are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to a change of mind.
If your order has not yet entered production, please contact us immediately at sales@printsandbags.com. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a defect, printing issue, incorrect quantity or shipping damage.
If you are ordering as a private consumer, your return rights depend on whether the product is personalized.
For standard, non-personalized products purchased online, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason.
To request a return of a standard, non-personalized product, email sales@printsandbags.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
The products must be returned unused and in their original condition. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products.
Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
The right to return an order due to a change of mind does not normally apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalized for you.
This includes tote bags and other products printed with your own logo, artwork, text, illustration or campaign design, as well as custom-made products created according to your specific requirements.
Please check your order details and digital proof carefully before approving production.
For printed products, production normally begins after payment has been received, the artwork has been checked and the digital proof has been approved.
If your order arrives with a defect, printing issue, incorrect quantity or shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the issue and help find an appropriate solution.
For visible issues, please email sales@printsandbags.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and include:
Your order number
A short description of the issue
The number of affected items
Clear photos of the issue
Photos of the outer packaging if the shipment arrived damaged
If you discover an issue that was not visible when the order arrived, please contact us promptly after discovering it.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
A replacement of the affected items
A partial refund
A full refund for the affected items
Another appropriate solution agreed with you
Please keep the affected products and packaging until the issue has been reviewed. We may need additional information before confirming the solution.
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
For an approved consumer withdrawal, the refund will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law. We may wait until the returned products have arrived or until you provide proof that they have been sent back.
For other approved refunds, processing typically takes 2–14 business days after approval. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights that apply under relevant consumer-protection law.
Private consumers may have additional legal rights if a product is defective, damaged or does not match the agreed description. These rights apply separately from the right to return a standard product due to a change of mind.
