Can you deliver to the hotel before the group arrives?
Yes. We can usually deliver directly to a company address, event venue, office or hotel. Enter it as the delivery address and add the name and phone number of the person who will receive the parcel.
For incentive trips, give the hotel the group name and the arrival date, so the parcel goes to the right team.
What if the trip goes outside the EU?
We deliver to the 27 EU countries only. For a trip outside the EU, have the bags delivered to your office in the EU before departure, and they travel with the group.
Can each guest's name be on the bag?
Names per bag are not a standard option in the shop. Write to us before you order and we will check what is possible for your quantity.
Can we add embroidery or other luxury details?
Embroidery is possible from 50 pieces, and we quote it once we have seen the design and its size. See our embroidery for business bags.
Fully custom bags, for example in a special colour or with your own labels, take at least 4 to 6 weeks, so plan them well before the trip.
How early should we order?
Production and delivery: Typically 10–15 working days from artwork approval, or adjusted to your desired delivery date.
For ILTM in Cannes, from 1 to 3 December 2026, approve your artwork by early November. For an incentive trip, write the date the bags must be at the hotel in the cart when you order.

What's the minimum order?
From 25 pieces per design on selected products — easy for small brands, shops and events, with no need to commit to huge quantities.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided printing is available on many bags — the same logo both sides or a different design front and back.
How long does production take?
Usually around 10–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and product. Tight deadline? Contact us first.
Is VAT included and can I get an invoice?
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is handled at checkout based on your country and business status. Businesses receive an invoice.
Do you sell blank bags without print?
No — we only supply bags with your custom print. Every bag is produced to order with your design, so we do not stock or sell unprinted blanks. If you need blank bags, a promotional-textile wholesaler is the better fit.
Do you offer blind shipping?
Yes — we can ship blind at no extra cost. Your order arrives in neutral packaging with no Prints & Bags branding, and no invoice or pricing documents are included in the parcel. Just tell us when you place the order and we will handle it.
