Can I order from one country and have the bags delivered in another?
Yes. Your company and your billing address can be anywhere in the world. What matters is that the delivery address is in the EU.
Recent orders: a company in San Francisco ordered 200 bags, and later 800 more, for its team in Madrid. A training company in the Netherlands ordered 200 bags for an event in Italy. A company in the United States ordered 75 bags for a conference in Amsterdam.
Can the bags go to several addresses?
One online order is delivered to one address. If the bags need to go to several stores or offices, place one order for each address.
The minimum of 25 pieces per design applies to each order.
Can you deliver straight to a new store, an office or an event venue?
Yes. We can usually deliver directly to a company address, store, office, event venue or hotel. Enter it as the delivery address and add the name and phone number of the person who will receive the parcel.
Who approves the print?
You receive a digital proof by email before anything is printed. It shows the position, the size and the colours of the print.
Forward it to your brand team or to local colleagues if they need to sign off, then reply with your approval. Production starts only after you have approved the proof in writing.
How do VAT and invoicing work?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is calculated at checkout based on the delivery country, and companies with a valid EU VAT number can enter it at checkout.
You see the exact total before you pay, and you receive an invoice for your accounts.
Can you meet a fixed opening or event date?
Production and delivery: Typically 10–15 working days from artwork approval, or adjusted to your desired delivery date.
Write the date in the cart when you order. If your deadline is tight, contact us before ordering and we will tell you whether it can be done.
Can we reorder the same bags for the next location?
Yes. Order the same product again and mention your earlier order number. We keep your approved artwork on file, so you do not need to send it again.
What if we need more bags than the product page shows?
Contact us with the bag, the quantity, the delivery address and your date, and we will send you a price for the larger quantity.

What's the minimum order?
From 25 pieces per design on selected products — easy for small brands, shops and events, with no need to commit to huge quantities.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided printing is available on many bags — the same logo both sides or a different design front and back.
How long does production take?
Usually around 10–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and product. Tight deadline? Contact us first.
Is VAT included and can I get an invoice?
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is handled at checkout based on your country and business status. Businesses receive an invoice.
Do you sell blank bags without print?
No — we only supply bags with your custom print. Every bag is produced to order with your design, so we do not stock or sell unprinted blanks. If you need blank bags, a promotional-textile wholesaler is the better fit.
Do you offer blind shipping?
Yes — we can ship blind at no extra cost. Your order arrives in neutral packaging with no Prints & Bags branding, and no invoice or pricing documents are included in the parcel. Just tell us when you place the order and we will handle it.
Can a head office in one country order bags for delivery in another EU country?
Yes. The billing address can be anywhere in the world and the delivery address can be in any EU country. You order and pay online, and the bags are delivered to the store, office or event you name.
