Custom Printed Tote Bags for Trade Fair Exhibitors
Booth giveaway bags for your stand — from 25 pieces, priced on the page, with a delivery date you can set against the fair.
What works on a trade fair stand — and why
A fair is the one week a year when thousands of people walk past your stand carrying whatever someone handed them. The bag is not merchandise — it is a moving billboard that leaves your hall and travels home in someone's luggage. Which bag they choose to keep matters more than how many you print.
140 g/m² for hall footfall
On a busy floor the bag's job is to hold brochures and samples so a visitor's hands stay free. At 140 g/m² it still feels like fabric rather than plastic, keeps cost per visitor low, and gets carried — which is the entire point. Anything heavier at giveaway volume is money spent on people who took it out of politeness.
200–220 g/m² for booked meetings and press
Pre-arranged meetings, press visits and existing customers are a different audience: fewer people, higher value, and a bag they will actually use after the fair. Heavier cotton holds its shape and reads as a considered gift. Many exhibitors order both weights and hand out accordingly.
How many a stand actually needs
Most exhibitors need 50 to 500 for a single fair, not a pallet. The 25-piece minimum means a small stand can order for itself without a group programme, and every quantity tier is priced on the page so the figure goes straight into the stand budget.
One colour prints cleaner than four
Screen printing charges per colour, once per run. A single-colour logo is both cheaper and sharper than a four-colour version, and on a bag seen across a hall, a bold one-colour mark reads better at distance than a detailed one. If your brand has a simplified mono logo, this is where to use it.
Ship to your office, not the venue
Halls only accept deliveries in a narrow build-up window, and a missed slot means your bags sit in a depot while the fair runs. Have them delivered to your own address in advance and take them with the stand.
The fair date does not move
Production runs roughly 10–15 working days after digital proof approval, plus delivery within the EU. Late artwork is the single most common reason an exhibitor run gets tight — stand graphics are usually finalised last and the bag gets remembered after them.

Exhibiting more than once a year? Once a spec is approved, the same bag can be reordered for the next fair at a new quantity. Orders are paid in full before production, with a VAT invoice issued — worth raising with whoever holds the stand budget early.
