Custom Printed Tote Bags for Coffee Roasters & Specialty Cafés
Merch that earns its shelf space — retail-grade printed totes from 25 pieces, with the artwork checked before it prints.
What sells at the counter — and why
Your customers already pay a premium for the beans. A branded tote is the rare piece of merchandise they will pay for again — but only if it stands up to the same scrutiny as everything else with your name on it. A thin giveaway bag next to a bag of single-origin does the brand active harm.
220–340 g/m² for anything with a price on it
A tote sold at the counter is a product line with its own margin, not a marketing cost, and it has to earn that. At 220 g/m² and up the canvas holds shape on a shelf and carries two or three retail bags of beans without straining. Below that, customers handle it and put it back.
Natural and undyed suit roaster branding
Most specialty coffee identities are built on restraint — unbleached paper, simple type, one or two colours. An undyed or natural cotton bag continues that language; a bright promotional colour breaks it. The bag should look like it came from your shop, not from a supplier.
One or two colours, printed solid
Screen printing lays flat opaque colour, which is exactly right for the wordmarks and simple line marks roasters tend to use. Each colour needs its own screen, so a two-colour design costs less than a four-colour one at any quantity — and usually looks better on canvas anyway.
Test a design at 25 before you commit
A single café can trial a design, or a seasonal and single-origin edition can run short rather than becoming stock you carry for a year. Once a design sells through, reorder the identical spec at a higher quantity — the second run is where the economics improve.
Subscriptions turn a bag into recurring revenue
Roasters shipping beans monthly use printed totes two ways: as a paid add-on at checkout, and as the welcome item on a higher subscription tier. Both work better with a bag customers would have bought anyway, which loops back to weight and colour.
Order ahead of a seasonal launch
Production runs roughly 10–15 working days after digital proof approval, plus delivery within the EU. For a Christmas blend or a summer release, the bag needs ordering when the coffee is being planned, not when it lands.
