Custom Printed Tote Bags for Sustainable Brands & Online Shops
Recycled and organic cotton bags with your print — material and weight stated on every product, so you can repeat the claim honestly.
What you can honestly claim — and why the spec matters
If sustainability is part of what you sell, your customers read labels and your competitors read your claims. A vague ‘eco’ tote is a liability. What you need is a bag whose material and weight you can state plainly on your own product page without hedging — and that starts with knowing exactly what you bought.
Recycled and organic are different things
Recycled cotton reuses existing fibre and reduces new material; organic cotton is grown to a defined agricultural standard. They are not interchangeable and should not be blurred into one claim. Each product page states which applies, so the wording you publish matches the item that arrives.
GOTS certification, where it applies
The 170 g/m² organic cotton shopper is GOTS certified — a specific, auditable standard rather than a marketing adjective. If you need a claim that survives scrutiny from a customer or a marketplace listing, that is the one to build on. Do not extend it to products that do not carry it.
Weight and dimensions, stated per product
Every product page gives the g/m² and the exact dimensions. That means the specification you publish to your own customers is copied from a real figure, not estimated — which matters if anyone ever asks you to substantiate it.
Packaging replacement and retail item are different bags
Online shops use printed totes two ways: as a reusable alternative to disposable packaging on higher-value orders, and as a stock item sold in its own right. The first can be lighter, since it is included in the order; the second needs the weight to justify its own price. Buying one bag for both jobs usually means overspending on one of them.
Solid colour prints, not gradients
Screen printing lays flat opaque colour, which suits the simple wordmarks most sustainable brands use. Fewer colours means fewer screens and lower cost, and on natural undyed cotton a one-colour print usually looks better than a busy one.
Test at 25, scale what works
The 25-piece minimum lets a small brand trial a design before committing to volume, with per-quantity pricing published on the product page rather than hidden behind a quote form. Production runs roughly 10–15 working days after digital proof approval, plus EU delivery.
