Our offer may include individueller Drucked Baumwolltaschen, different Tasche qualities, sizes, und colours, one-sided print included unless otherwise stated, und custom Bestellungen based auf the options shown auf the product page oder agreed by email.
Product details, specifications, print options, und pricing are shown auf the relevant product pages oder in a custom Angebot.
3. Minimum Bestellung Quantity
The Mindestbestellmenge is 25 Stück pro Design.
Different designs cannot normally be mixed zu reach the minimum unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4. Prices und VAT
Prices are shown auf the website oder provided by Angebot.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may be shown excluding oder including VAT depending auf the customer type und Lieferung country. VAT treatment depends auf Ihre billing country und VAT status.

5. Payment
Payment is made online bei checkout unless another payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

6. Artwork und Customer Files
Kunden are responsible für providing correct Artwork files, Logos, text, und other materials für printing.
We recommend vector files such als AI, EPS, oder PDF für best print quality. Hochaufgelöst PNG files may be accepted für simple designs, but print quality may vary depending auf the file provided.
By submitting Artwork zu us, you confirm that you have the right zu use it und that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
We are not responsible für issues caused by low-quality, incorrect, oder incomplete files supplied by the customer.
7. Mockups und Approval
For individueller Drucked Bestellungen, we may provide a digital mockup oder proof vor Produktionsbeginn.
It is the customer’s responsibility zur Prüfung und approve the mockup carefully, including layout, spelling, colours, und general design appearance.
Produktion starts only nach final approval has been given.
Once approval has been given, Prints & Bags is not responsible für errors that were visible in the approved mockup.
8. Produktion und Lead Time
All individueller Drucked products are made zu Bestellung.
Die Produktion beginnt nach payment und final design approval.
Typical lead time is approximately 10–15 Werktage nach approval, unless otherwise stated. Lead times are estimates only und may vary due zu Produktion workload, holidays, transport conditions, supplier delays, oder other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Versand und Lieferung
Lieferung terms are shown auf the product page oder agreed during the Bestellung process.
Where stated, Versand within the EU is included in the price. Additional charges may apply für special Versand arrangements, non-EU destinations, remote areas, oder express Lieferung.
Lieferung times are estimates und are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

10. Bestellung Changes und Cancellations

11. Returns, Refunds, und Claims
Made-to-Bestellung individueller Drucked products cannot be returned due zu change of mind.
If Ihre Bestellung arrives damaged, defective, oder incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of Lieferung und include Ihre Bestellung number, a description of the issue, und clear photos.
If we confirm that the product is faulty oder does not match the confirmed Bestellung, we may wählen zu replace the Waren, correct the issue, oder issue a refund, depending auf the situation.
Kleine variations in colour, print placement, size, oder fabric texture that are normal in Produktion do not automatically count als defects.
12. Intellectual Property

Customer-supplied Artwork remains the responsibility of the customer, und the customer grants us the right zu use it only für the purpose of producing the Bestellung.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prints & Bags is not liable für indirect, incidental, oder consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of Unternehmen, loss of opportunity, oder reputational damage.
