Custom Printed Bags for Farm Shops, Stables & Equestrian Businesses
Larger, heavier, gusseted — bags that survive mud, feed and wet produce, printed from 25 pieces.
What holds up on a farm or yard — and why
Farm and stable work is hard on a bag in ways retail never is. Loads are heavy and awkwardly shaped, contents are often wet or muddy, and the bag gets thrown in a trailer, hung on a stable door and used again the next morning. Weight and shape matter more here than colour or print.
475 g/m² oversized canvas for feed, tack and bulk
At 47 × 40 × 17 cm and 475 g/m², this is closer to luggage than to a promotional bag. It takes a feed sack, a grooming kit or a full farm-shop order without the base bowing or the seams pulling. If one bag on this page has to do the heavy work, it is this one.
340–407 g/m² for everyday heavy use
Heavyweight cotton at 340 g/m² and the 407 g/m² chevron handle shopper sit just below the oversized canvas. They carry real weight, survive repeated wetting and drying, and cost less per unit — the sensible default for a bag used daily rather than for the heaviest jobs.
Gussets change what a bag can carry
A flat tote forces everything into one narrow plane, so a vegetable box, egg tray or bottle ends up leaning. A gusseted bag opens into a box shape and holds a flat base, which keeps contents upright on a trailer floor or a quad rack. For anything boxed, bottled or fragile this matters more than the fabric weight.
Short handles: what they are good for
Short-handle totes carry at your side and hang neatly on a hook or stable door instead of trailing. They come at 140 g/m² in 38 × 42 cm, which suits yard use, farm-shop customers, rider handouts and merchandise — riding yards do order these. For sacks of feed, step up to a long-handle heavyweight, which carries over the shoulder where the weight belongs.
Natural and olive read better than bright
Promotional colours look out of place in a farm or yard setting and show dirt in a way that looks neglected rather than worked. Natural, olive and black stay presentable through hard use, and suit the look customers expect from a farm shop or an equestrian brand.
Quantities and timing
Minimum order is 25, so a single yard, shop or market stall can order for itself without a group buy. Production runs roughly 10–15 working days after digital proof approval, plus delivery within the EU — so harvest, show season and Christmas markets need ordering well ahead, not during.

Shop Heavy Duty BagsHeavy duty printed bags for farm shops, stables and agricultural businesses
Farm shops and farmers' markets. A printed bag at the farm gate does two jobs: it replaces disposable carriers for customers buying loose produce, and it advertises the shop every time it comes back for the next visit. A heavier bag can be sold at the counter rather than given away.
Stables, riding schools and equestrian retail. Tack, boots, grooming kits and feed all need carrying, and riders reuse a good bag constantly. Riding schools also sell branded bags to pupils and at competitions — a bag with the yard's name on it is merchandise, not a handout.
Payment terms, stated up front. Orders are paid in full before production starts, and you receive a proper VAT invoice for the order.
