Common questions
What's the minimum order?
From 25 pieces per design on selected products — easy for small brands, shops and events, with no need to commit to huge quantities.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Double-sided printing is available on many bags — the same logo both sides or a different design front and back.
How long does production take?
Usually around 10–15 business days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and product. Tight deadline? Contact us first.
Is VAT included and can I get an invoice?
Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is handled at checkout based on your country and business status. Businesses receive an invoice.
Ready to order your branded bags?
Choose your bag, upload your logo, and check out online — proof approved before anything is printed.
Shop All BagsCustom printed bags for every sector
A festival buying 2,000 handout bags and a gallery shop selling 50 at the till are solving completely different problems with the same product. Rather than one generic page, each sector below has its own guidance — the weight that suits the job, the print considerations that come up, and the timing that matters in that trade.
Events and exhibitions. Event agencies buying on behalf of clients · trade fair exhibitors kitting out a stand · festivals counting cost per head.
Culture and retail. Museums and galleries selling exhibition merchandise · bookshops, publishers and authors needing bags that carry books · coffee roasters and specialty cafés putting merch on the counter.
Hospitality and travel. Hotels, cafés and concept stores · travel and tourism businesses, from tour operators to souvenir shops · spas and beauty salons, where cotton pouches often beat totes.
Growing, land and outdoor work. Plant shops, florists and garden centres, where a flat gusseted base stops a pot tipping over · farm shops, stables and equestrian businesses, where bags meet mud, feed and wet produce.
Premium and high-end. Car showrooms, property developers, boutiques and jewellers — heavier cotton in black, navy, beige and grey, with quiet branding rather than loud.
Brands and online shops. Sustainable brands and online shops using recycled and organic cotton, with material and weight stated per product so the claim you publish matches the bag.
What every sector gets. Minimum order 25 pieces, per-quantity pricing published on the product page rather than hidden behind a quote form, a free digital proof before anything goes to press, and delivery included within the EU. Production runs roughly 10–15 working days after digital proof approval. Not sure which weight you need? See the tote bag weight comparison guide or browse Shop All Bags.
