We curate premium blank bags built to take high-density stitching without puckering or tearing:

• 220 g/m² and 340 g/m² canvas — the weights that hold a stitched logo flat. Below 200 g/m² the fabric pulls around a dense logo and the stitch reverse shows inside an unlined bag. On those weights we will tell you to print instead.
• Gusseted base and reinforced stitched handles on the 220 g/m² range — structure the bag keeps loaded.
• Pantone-to-thread translation. Exact colour matching using premium high-sheen embroidery threads cross-referenced against your official brand book.
• GOTS-certified organic cotton on the 340 g/m² line, with documentation supplied for your compliance file. Recycled polyester thread available on request.

The sourcing process: 3 simple steps

2. Approve your digital proof. We send a detailed digital mockup showing exact thread placement, scale and colouration. We revise it until it is right. Production begins only once you approve it in writing.

Do you sell blank uncustomized bags or DIY supplies?

No. printsandbags.com is a full-service B2B custom merchandise partner. We only provide complete, finished solutions — sourcing premium blanks and managing the entire custom embroidery process for corporate orders. We do not cater to the retail, hobbyist, or DIY markets.

Do you embroider anything other than bags?

No. Bags are the entire business — cotton and canvas totes, drawstring bags, shopping bags and pouches. If you need embroidered polos, caps, workwear or patches, we are not the supplier for you, and we would rather say so now than waste your time.

The trade-off is worth it for anyone ordering bags. We know which fabric weights hold a stitched logo without puckering, where a bag can and cannot be hooped, and how a logo behaves at pouch scale versus tote scale.

What file format do I need to provide for our corporate logo?

We require your artwork in a clean vector format — .AI (Adobe Illustrator), .EPS, or a vector-based .PDF, with fonts outlined. If you only have high-resolution web formats like .PNG or .JPG, our graphics team can convert and digitise your file for production.

How is embroidery priced?

By stitch count, not by the number of bags. Stitch count is driven by how much area your logo fills, how much outline it has and how much detail it carries — so a simplified mark often costs less and looks better stitched. There is a one-off digitising charge per design, quoted before any work begins, and machine setup happens per design rather than per piece.

This is why embroidery prices behave differently from print: they stay flatter as quantity rises rather than dropping steeply. Send your logo and quantity and you get the actual number, ex-VAT, with EU delivery included.

Can you match our exact corporate brand colours?

Yes. Embroidery uses physical threads rather than liquid ink, so we cross-reference your official Pantone (PMS) codes against major industrial thread catalogues to find the closest matching high-sheen thread available. The match is confirmed on your digital proof before production.

Should we print or embroider?

It comes down to one question: is the recipient meant to keep the bag, or use it once? A high-volume event giveaway with a full-colour graphic is a printing job and printing will be cheaper and better for it. What are your standard shipping timelines within the EU?

Our standard lead time is 15 business days from your written approval of the digital proof — digitising, production and transport included, with EU delivery in the price. The clock starts at your approval, not your order, so approving quickly is the biggest lever you have.

Production and delivery are inside the EU, so there is no import clearance, no customs declaration and no EPR packaging registration at your end. If you have an unmovable trade show or event deadline, tell us at enquiry stage and we will explore express options.

Do we get a physical sample before production?

You get a digital proof of your logo on your chosen bag and colour before a single stitch is made. It is free, we revise it until you are happy, and nothing goes into production without your written approval.

We do not produce physical embroidered samples. The fully digital process is what keeps the lead time at 15 business days and keeps sampling costs out of your unit price. Orders are paid 100% upfront and all prices are ex-VAT.
